Subscription Terms of Use
The Health Industry Hub news and content is copyright protected and access is provided under individual user licenses for your personal use only.
Individual usernames and passwords to access Health Industry Hub content from our various digital channels shall be used by employees who are part of their organisation’s corporate subscription list of users, or by individual users who have subscribed to become a member. A paid subscription cannot be transferred to another user within the paid subscription period.
Subscribers must not share content or their individual login details with colleagues as the system will automatically lock them out of their user access. Health Industry Hub retains the right to cease or remove subscriptions that do not comply with these terms, without liability.
Subscription Options
We offer a 12 month subscription paid as a one-off annual payment or as 12 monthly payments which are renewed automatically on an annual basis. The annual and 12 month subscription options are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another user within the paid subscription period.
No refunds can be issued once a payment for membership has been processed. You can cancel anytime after the 12 month billing cycle by advising us up to 5 business days prior to the next renewal billing date.
You may not use any Health Industry Hub content for any other purpose without our prior written approval. Except as expressly authorised by Health Industry Hub, you are not allowed to create a database in electronic or paper form comprising all or part of the material appearing on the Health Industry Hub website and affiliated digital channels.
We reserve the right to change our subscription prices at any time without notice. However, we guarantee the price for the period that the subscription was purchased.
Tax invoices paid by Visa or Mastercard will incur a fee of 1.75% and those paid by AMEX will incur a fee of 2.9%.
Free Trial
The free 14-day trial is available to individuals whose organisation does not currently have a subscription to Health Industry Hub.
The trial is not available to individuals who have used the trial period before under a different email address, or if several other members of their organisations has taken up the free trial already.
