Sanofi recognised as a Top Employer for the third consecutive year

Health Industry Hub | January 27, 2021 |

Pharma News: For the third consecutive year Sanofi has been officially recognised by the Top Employers Institute as Top Employer 2021 in Australia.

Sanofi’s Director of Human Resources for Australia and New Zealand, Michelle Zimany, said the recognition reflected Sanofi’s commitment to great employee experiences and attracting the best talent.

“Taking the opportunity to look deeply at our people policies and processes helps us celebrate where we are doing well and where we can improve,” she said.

Sanofi recently ranked one of Australia’s best workplaces for dads, received award recognition for the Best Wellbeing Team and Best Wellbeing Strategy and is an industry leader in inclusion and diversity.

“With great career pathways, talented peers and teams who are driven by the impact they can have on people’s lives – it’s time to discover more about Sanofi.”

Sanofi was also recognised as a Global Top Employer 2021 thanks to the certification of 24 countries, including Australia, in 4 regions (Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin America and Middle East).

It is one of only 16 Top Employers recognised for their good HR policies and practices worldwide by Top Employers Institute.

The ‘Top Employer’ certification values Sanofi’s continuous efforts and commitment to develop a solid, coherent and employee-centric strategy to position itself among the most attractive companies in the world, offering ‘best in class’ and ‘people-first’ HR practices.

The Top Employers Institute assessed Sanofi’s employee offerings through its HR Best Practices Survey. This survey covers 6 HR domains consisting of 20 topics such as People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Wellbeing and Diversity & Inclusion and more.

Having a Global certification is proof of Sanofi’s dedication to create a great workplace culture that empowers our people and helps to bring our Employee Value Proposition to life at a global scale.
