Role of MSLs in a COVID-19 world – survey results
As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the day-to-day activities of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) are changing rapidly. Most MSL teams are grounded and internal discussions revolve around a new way of working with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
The MSL Society conducted a global survey to gain insights into how the COVID-19 pandemic is impacting the activities of MSLs including working virtually and engaging with KOLs and other healthcare professionals.
Survey results from a total of 659 respondents from 53 countries are summarised below to help organisations benchmark their MSL activities and make relevant business decisions. Click to enlarge image.
The Medical Science Liaison Society is the only non-for-profit organisation dedicated to the global MSL profession.
