‘I feel heard and my colleagues have a voice too’, says Sanofi employee on AFR recognition

Health Industry Hub | April 24, 2023 |

Human Resources: Sanofi was awarded the top spot in the Health Industries category of the AFR BOSS Best Places to Work list for 2023.

Sanofi is honoured to be recognised for their achievements and for providing a balance between a dispersed hybrid era and a strong corporate culture. The assessment was based on employees’ surveys and written submissions which looked at policies, practices, and programs that support and motivate employees.

Karen Hood, Country Lead, believes that when people are at their best, the organisation will be as well.

“At Sanofi, we understand it’s our leaders’ job to give our people the tools and guide rails to succeed, support their thirst for innovation, and watch their careers fly. This recognition, only made possible due to honest input from our team, is a really special symbol of being on the right path,” she said.

Neer Sengupta, a Marketing Graduate, has personally experienced the company’s commitment to well-being and inclusivity.

“I am surrounded by dedicated and passionate peers who have embraced me in their team and are always eager to amplify my voice. I feel supported and encouraged to do the best work of my life, because of the culture of inclusivity that Sanofi fosters in our workplace,” she said.

Linda Matthews, Reward & Performance Lead, Sanofi said “I truly believe we were awarded the AFR Best Place to Work because of our culture, our people, and the organisation’s genuine commitment to improving the workplace for everyone. I feel heard and my colleagues have a voice too. No matter our age, experience, background, or role in the business everyone chases the same purpose, in their own way, but together.”

Sally Patten, Editor of AFR BOSS, is pleased to see that employers are taking into account their employee’s needs. Inventium’s Founder, Dr Amantha Imber, was proud to announce the list of the best workplaces across Australia and New Zealand which offer employees ultra flexibility, prioritise wellbeing and ensure a sense of belonging.
