Australian HR awards winners; MSD, Abbvie
The Australian HR Awards celebrate the outstanding achievements of the country’s top HR leaders, teams and organisations.
This year, HRD (Human Resources Director – a Key Media publication) received hundreds of nominations for the 20 categories that recognise outstanding contributions of best practice and leadership from right across Australia.
MSD was a winner in two categories:
Australian HR Team of the Year (≤1000 Employees) which recognises the HR team in an organisation with up to 1000 employees in Australia that has demonstrated excellence over the past 12 months. Judged on overall team performance including leadership, communication, strategy, drive and results.
Employer of Choice (100-999 Employees) which recognises the best organisation work for in Australia with 100-999 employees. It is further judged on leadership, engagement, communication and employee benefits.
Abbvie was the winner of one category:
Best Workplace Flexibility Program which recognises excellence and innovation in workplace flexibility programs and initiatives. It is also judged on consultation, strategy, implementation and results.
