AbbVie, Medtronic and Pfizer crowned Best Workplaces for Women

AbbVie, Medtronic and Pfizer are the only companies from the pharma and medtech sectors named in the 2026 list of Australia’s Best Workplaces for Women.

Their recognition among 50 organisations nationwide sends a clear signal that high performance and gender equity are not competing priorities. They are business imperatives that must advance together.
