“We have a personal connection with our customers and know them by name and medical history. This allows us to provide exceptional quality of care and level of service, ensuring our customers feel valued and not like just another script number.”
Partner Pharmacy of the Year, Ron Dunford Pharmacy in Parkes, which is co-owned by Marcelle Zacca, delivered outstanding support for local community initiatives, and demonstrated consistently high retail standards and store presentation.

“We have a team that are truly focused on the health and welfare of their local community. Not only are the team great retailers, but in the last 12 months they have helped raise $10,000 to buy water for local farmers affected by drought.”
Non-Branded Pharmacy of the Year, Your Pharmacy in Chinchilla, demonstrated outstanding sales growth and retail performance, while also supporting their local community through both internal and external engagement activities.
