Organon promotes ANZ founders to key APAC roles

Leadership & Management: In a strategic move, Organon has announced a significant expansion of its operational capacity with the appointment of its Australian founders into pivotal roles within the Asia Pacific region.
Leading this charge is Meshlin Khouri, whose track record as the former Associate Director of Policy and Communications for ANZ has earned her the newly established position of Policy and Communications Lead for Asia Pacific.
In her new role, Khouri will spearhead the development and execution of strategies aimed at amplifying Organon’s footprint and fostering stronger connections with employees across the region’s dynamic and diverse markets.
Joining her in this journey are Amanda Jacobs, Vicky Moore, Sunny Gudalore, and Leon Gruizinga, members of the Strategy and Business Excellence team from ANZ. Leveraging their expertise in areas such as sales force effectiveness, digital marketing, and data analysis, they will lead the Asia Pacific Marketing and Commercial Operations Team. Their collective efforts will drive effective customer engagement strategies spanning the breadth of ten markets in the region.
Nirelle Tolstoshev, Managing Director of Organon ANZ, remarked, “I am delighted to see our people recognised for their expertise. We have always believed that our people are our greatest asset, and are fully committed to supporting our founders to grow and thrive.”
Echoing this sentiment, Khouri expressed her enthusiasm for the new opportunity, stating, “I am excited to take on this new challenge of continuing to build our business in the Asia Pacific region. We know that healthy women are the foundation of a healthy society, and collectively our 10 markets in Asia Pacific is home to more than one quarter of the world’s female population. Supporting their health needs is immensely rewarding.”
Emphasising the flexibility afforded by Organon’s People First culture, Tolstoshev highlighted that these roles can be performed from any location, enabling individuals to continue contributing from their current bases. Complementing these dedicated roles are also a series of hybrid positions, blending responsibilities in compliance, strategy and alliance management to support Organon’s Asia Pacific markets.
