Former Sanofi Country Lead reveals blueprint for future of leadership: Reimagining Healthcare Senior Leadership Series

The pandemic, Hood noted, has fundamentally altered the landscape of leadership. It pushed even the most seasoned leaders to their limits. These shifts, she believes, are essential for the future of leadership in healthcare.

“One of the biggest changes has been around the way we work and the pace at which we work today. The other big area is mental health…we have seen an increase in pressure…we’re going through a significant period of of transformation,” she emphasised.

Looking ahead, Hood shared the actions essential in the short-term to pave the way for her envisioned future of leadership.
