CultureX conducted a rigorous large-scale research project to measure corporate culture, using a data set of 1.2 million employee reviews from Glassdoor. Combining cutting-edge AI and human expertise, the Culture 500 provides a nuanced picture of corporate culture in the world’s top organisations.
The chart below shows how employees from different companies within the Pharmaceuticals and Biotech industry talk about customer centricity. This is defined as Employees put customers/patients at the centre of everything they do, listening to them and prioritising their needs.
The x-axis shows frequency, or how often employees from a given company talk about customers/patients relative to other companies in the industry. The y-axis shows sentiment, or how favourably employees from a given company speak of customers/patients, relative to other companies in the industry.
In the chart below, the higher the percentile, the greater percentage of employees at that company discussed ‘customer/patient’ positively rather than negatively.
The rankings are based on reviews provided by Glassdoor and data analysis by CultureX.
