Health Industry Hub | February 8, 2021 |

Leadership takes courage and resilience. Health Industry Hub Founder, Rozalina Sarkezians, shares insights from Pharma, MedTech and Biotech’s diverse female leaders on the sometimes complex challenges faced by women on the path to senior leadership.

Leanne Elich’s intriguing background, from a clinical oncologist to the MedTech industry and more recently to a consulting role, makes her the perfect candidate to discuss the following:

  1. How do you respond to Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA)’s recent data on the gender pay gap in Australia?
  2. What are key challenges that you have faced over the years as a female leader? How did you find the inspiration to overcome these?
  3. What is the one key insight about leadership that you wish a mentor had told you about years ago?
  4. How would you like to see ‘women in leadership’ evolve in the post-COVID era?
