In continuing to celebrate International Women’s Day (IWD) 2021, Health Industry Hub‘s final interview features a member of Roche Pharmaceutical’s senior leadership team, Renée Brown.
In sharing her career journey, Renée reveals how gender equality has evolved in the Pharma industry, her biggest inspirations, the key opportunities for the next generation of women leaders, and her favourite ‘Life Lesson Quote’ that is continuing to be relevant in her career as a female leader.
About Renée Brown
Renée Brown is a member of Roche Pharmaceutical’s Enabling Team which incorporates the senior leadership team. In her role as Community Lead she has particular responsibility for the commercial side of the business.
In her current role Renée is also the sponsor of Roche’s Australian Women’s Network as she is passionate about leadership and developing others.
Renée has been in the industry for many years in numerous sales and marketing roles across a number of therapeutic areas. She has worked in affiliate roles in the UK and Australia, across the Asia Pacific region and in a global role in Basel, Switzerland.
